Creatrflow — The Growth CRM for Creators | Maximize Revenue, Simplify Management

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creatrflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Creatrflow provides a CRM platform for content creators, including conversation management, content distribution tools, and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Creatrflow Essential is billed at $20 per month. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Creatrflow for any illegal activities, to distribute malware, or to violate the terms of service of integrated platforms (OnlyFans, MYM, FanCentro). Creatrflow reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. Creatrflow does not claim ownership over any content you upload, store, or distribute through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creatrflow is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from service interruptions, though we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes 30 days in advance via email.
