All data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt and Paris). We implement end-to-end encryption for communications and content. Our zero-knowledge architecture ensures that even Creatrflow cannot access your private messages.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept for the legally required period.
